However, those of financial institutions are excluded from this regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, they may request<strong>&nbsp;\u201cimmediate recovery of the full possession of a home or part of it provided that they have been deprived of it without their consent\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both ,eviction of squatters\u201d natural persons who own housing, non-profit entities and public entities that own or have legitimate social housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, the occupants will be referred, even if they are not in the house at that very moment, notifying them to prove that the house is theirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From that moment, you are required to justify and prove the property.
