VICTIMS OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CGPJ AGREES TO EMPOWER CITIZEN CARE UNIT TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS FROM VICTIMS OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Standing Committee of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) has agreed to approve the proposal for action to improve care for victims of gender-based violence in the Citizen Care Unit (UAC) and to expedite the handling of complaints victims themselves, such as professionals working in this field, present for possible irregularities or anomalies in the functioning of judicial bodies.<br>On February 8 last year, on a proposal from Angels Carmona, president of the Observatory against Domestic and Gender Violence, the Standing Committee issued the Promoter of Disciplinary Action to measure 120 of the State Pact against Domestic violence Gender to develop a study and determine the actions necessary for its compliance.<br>In order to comply with the State Covenant, the document prepared by the Promoter and approved by the Standing Committee proposes to appoint two UAC officials to deal exclusively with such complaints.<br>They will be specialized officials in the field, so it will be mandatory to attend \u201cspecific training\u201d courses provided by qualified CGPJ staff, which will be complemented by visits to services and institutions involved in the fight against gender-based violence with which they will subsequently have to collaborate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These officials will assume the management and handling of all complaints filed by both victims and professionals, so that the unification of criteria and the rigor in the replies will be guaranteed.<br>Citizen care will thus be a useful and effective tool to develop the improvement measures deemed necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From our law firm TOSCANOLEX, we want to transmit, as well as provide advice to those in this situation.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acts like threats, contempt, insults, spying on your partner\u2019s cell phone\u2026 it can trigger in crime, being able to report such actions, it is essential to take the prevention measures that are deemed appropriate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CGPJ AGREES TO EMPOWER CITIZEN CARE UNIT TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS FROM VICTIMS OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE The Standing Committee of [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":8654,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[58],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8650","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Victims of gender-based violence Toscanolex Lawyers<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The CGPJ agrees to empower the Citizen Care Unit that handles complaints from victims of gender-based violence.
