Si estas pensando en alquilar tu vivienda o tienes previsto renovar el contrato del inquilino. Recuerda que, desde el marzo del año 2019, tienes que especificar en el Contrato, de que en caso de que necesitéis tú, tus padres, tus hijos o tu expareja la vivienda, tendrás Derecho a recuperar la propiedad, antes de que finalice el contrato.
En cambio, si el contrato es anterior a marzo de 2019, en caso de que la necesites, puedes solicitar recuperarla sin necesidad de que venga específicamente recogido en el Contrato de Arrendamiento.
