Durante estos seis meses el inquilino debe seguir cumpliendo todo lo pactado en el contrato, es decir, debe de seguir pagando la renta, suministros y demás acuerdos.
El arrendador puede recurrir la suspensión del desahucio cuando:
1. Se hayan pactado otras condiciones entre arrendador e inquilino.
2. El arrendador haya comunicado en tiempo y forma que necesita la vivienda para destinarla a vivienda permanente para sí o sus familiares👨👩👧👦 en primer grado de consanguinidad o por adopción👨👦👩👧👧 o para su cónyuge en los supuestos de sentencia firme de separación, divorcio o nulidad matrimonial.
