Teresa and her team did a terrific job for me closing a very complicated transaction in Torremolinos. We were buying a new Townhouse from someone who had not yet completed the transaction with the Developer. She was moving away from the area and needed a quick sale. We also needed a mortgage. There were several difficult challenges to overcome through the course of the process but the team were very creative and persistent in solving them. We are now thrilled with the end result.
