This week, fellow 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗼́𝗽𝗲𝘇 we explain what happens when the police, after stopping you on the road, perform a breathalyzer test on you and it turns out positive.
Well, send all the documentation to the Court and it will summon you for an appearance.
In that appearance it is about reaching an agreement, the agreement would consist of recognizing the facts and negotiating and agreeing on a fine and the time for withdrawing the driving license.
In this sense, it is very important to have good legal assistance, since the lawyer is in charge of negotiating on your behalf the fine and the months of withdrawal of your driving license with the prosecutor.
