¿QUIERES CASARTE DE UNA FORMA RAPIDA? Si una pareja decide casarse por la iglesia, o a través del ayuntamiento o del juzgado, el plazo para hacerlo puede alargarse desde seis meses a un año.
Pero si quieres celebrar tu matrimonio de una forma más rápida, ante el Notario lo podrás conseguir en una o dos semanas.
Desde el año 2021, las bodas ante Notario se tramitan de una forma fácil y eficiente. Sin necesidad de que el futuro matrimonio tenga que acudir a ninguna otra instancia u organismo.
Es tan sencillo como que, el propio Notario es quien tramita el expediente matrimonial al completo. Comprueba que los futuros contrayentes tienen capacidad para contraer el matrimonio, y que no se trata de un matrimonio fraudulento. En otras palabras, que se realiza para la obtención de nacionalidad, residencia o la tramitación de una pensión pública.
El día de la ceremonia tendrán que estar presentes los contrayentes y los testigos, quienes firmarán la escritura pública de matrimonio junto con el Notario. Dándole a los ya casados una copia del expediente matrimonial y de la Escritura Pública. El Notario es quien se encarga en remitir toda la documentación al Registro Civil para la inscripción del matrimonio.

It is as simple as the fact that it is the Notary Public himself who processes the entire marriage file, who verifies that the future spouses have the capacity to contract the marriage, and that it is not a fraudulent marriage; in other words, that it is carried out to obtain nationality, residence or the processing of a public pension.
On the day of the ceremony, the bride and groom and the witnesses must be present and sign the public deed of marriage together with the notary, giving the married couple a copy of the marriage file and the public deed. The notary is in charge of sending all the documentation to the Civil Registry for the registration of the marriage.
